These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital courses, retreats, coaching services, and community forums (collectively, “Services”). By using or purchasing any Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services
Zen Leader Pro offers mindfulness and leadership development through self-paced online courses, live virtual workshops, and in-person or virtual retreats. Our Services are intended for adults seeking to enhance clarity, resilience, and purposeful leadership. Any misuse, fraud, or illegal conduct is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts & Access
To access certain content (e.g., enrolled courses, private forums), you may need to register and create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content—videos, text, audio, graphics, logos, and materials—are owned by Zen Leader Pro or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Service Fees, Payments & Refunds
5.1 Fees: Subscription and course prices are displayed clearly on our site. Retreat and coaching session fees are due at booking.
5.2 Payment: We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Payments must be completed before access is granted.
5.3 Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with an online course subscription or retreat package, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have used no more than 20% of the course content or attended fewer than half of retreat sessions. To request a refund, email support@zenleaderpro.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Customized corporate engagements have separate refund terms outlined in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are designed to support personal growth and leadership development. While we strive for quality and positive impact, Zen Leader Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services or reliance on any information provided. Your participation is at your own risk.

7. Modifications & Termination of Services
We may update these Terms at any time—any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano, Switzerland.
